Jane has over 10 years clinical experience as a paediatric Speech Language Therapist after completing a BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Phonetics (Leeds University) and a PgDip in Speech and Language Therapy (City University, London). Jane has also undertaken additional qualifications in paediatric dysphagia (eating and drinking difficulties) with Manchester Metropolitan University, London.


Jane has worked extensively with children of all ages in schools, public health services, charitable trusts and in the community in both NZ and UK. Jane has worked with a vast range of children and conditions and she has highly specialist skills working with children with complex needs, acquired brain injury and neurological conditions.


Jane has significant experience with providing training to other professionals including other speech and language therapists and providing clinical supervision and mentorship to other therapists.


Jane now works in private practice to provide a flexible service for families and children with speech, language and communication difficulties.


Jane is committed to providing evidence based practice and has attended additional professional courses internationally.
